
Automation of the production facility for the distillery Quburich Quality, a well-known producer of the rakija brands Bojkovčanka and Šamar.
The project required a fully automated and integrated production line capable of handling multiple stages of the bottling process with high precision and minimal manual intervention.
These stages included washing, filling, capping, application of heat-shrink caps, labeling, and date marking.
Each process needed to be supported by automatic feeding of both packaging and caps, while maintaining high throughput, reliability, and easy operation.
A complete end-to-end automation solution designed, manufactured, and installed by Triton Engineering.
Triton Engineering fully executed the project, covering system design, implementation, production, and installation.
The automation line integrates all required processes: washing, filling, capping, heat-shrink cap application, labeling, and date marking, each supported by automatic feeding of packaging and caps.
The project also includes Triton-produced lighting, making the system fully independent and self-contained.

Dual filling heads, driven by servo motors, provide high filling precision and consistent product quality.
Automatic accumulation tables at both the entry and exit of the line allow the entire system to be operated by just one person.
The automation system is based on Uni-Tronics PLC control, featuring a Touch Screen HMI and Ethernet communication for remote customer support and diagnostics.
