Cardanaxel Workshop & Warehouse — MAX DALI-2 with AEL (TritonLED Case Study)

Together with installer partner Alf Ericson El (AEL) from Lerum, TritonLED delivered a full LED lighting solution for Cardanaxel's modern workshop and warehouse. The brief: premium light quality with the fastest possible install.

THE CHALLENGE

The Challenge: Light Quality and Fast Install on a Multi-Zone Site

Cardanaxel's new workshop and warehouse covered multiple use zones — machining and assembly bays, open warehouse, mechanical room, internal corridors — each with its own visual task and ceiling profile. AEL needed a lighting solution that would satisfy three demanding constraints simultaneously:

Premium light comfort and uniform illumination across every zone, despite very different ceiling heights and reflectance
Drastically shorter installation time than traditional hard-wired industrial fixtures, with minimal tools on site
A future-proof platform ready for daylight, occupancy, scene control and app-based commissioning without re-pulling cable

THE SOLUTION

The Solution: MAX DALI-2 Linear with WAGO Plug-and-Play Wiring

We deployed Triton MAX Gen. 3 linear LEDs with DALI-2 drivers and pre-cut cables terminated in WAGO Winsta quick-connectors at both ends — a true plug-and-play install while leaving the door open for future smart upgrades.

MAX Gen. 3 DALI-2 Linear Fixtures: Industrial linear platform with DALI-2 driver as standard — enables scene programming, daylight-linked dimming and time scheduling without any rewiring.
WAGO Winsta Quick-Connectors: Every fixture arrives with WAGO connectors pre-fitted on both ends — plug-and-play coupling, no field termination, drastically lower risk of mis-wiring.
Pre-Configured Cable Lengths: Triton supplied each cable cut to exact length per the lighting layout — installers only plug them in, eliminating on-site measuring and cutting.
Future-Ready Smart Control: System is prepared for integrated B2L-Bluetooth mesh, occupancy/daylight sensors, and full wireless commissioning via mobile app — added later without touching wiring.
Circular, Low-Footprint Design: MAX fixtures are built with high field-replaceability and reusable chassis, in line with modern LED circular-design principles and Cardanaxel's sustainability goals.
